May marks the beginning of the 2025 Dare to Be Seen Webinar Series! To say that I am excited about this opportunity is an understatement, especially because this series fulfills my promise to build a platform to amplify women's voices.
Dare to Be Seen is the first of many offerings coming soon featuring women from all walks of life.
Five women, including me, will be featured in the Dare to Be Seen webinar series starting on May 24, 2025.
Each of us:
- Embodies courage, authenticity, and vision.
- Brings a powerful, lived experience of stepping into visibility and helping others do the same.
Our collective voices are not just inspiring — they are catalysts for transformation, empowerment, and lasting change.

I am absolutely in love with the Living Imprints Live Community Gatherings!
Living Imprints, a self-paced coaching journey to purposeful legacy building, came to life most organically and unexpectedly. At first, I did not even realize I was creating a program—until I saw it beautifully taking shape right there on my website.
It all began with a period of deep self-reflection, sparked by a few heartfelt comments from family members. Though their words initially stung, they ultimately led me inward, prompting a profound examination of my legacy. True to my SOJOURN coaching model, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, asking myself the essential, and sometimes uncomfortable, questions that legacy work demands.
What started as a simple idea—to share the questions I was asking myself in the form of weekly legacy mindset cards for social media—quickly evolved. One inspired step led to another, and before I knew it, a workbook, a full program, and a vibrant community had been born.
Today, our community is growing—and so are our Live Community Gatherings. Beginning in May, we will meet twice a month, offering even more opportunities for connection, reflection, and growth. Best of all, these gatherings are open to everyone who feels called to explore the imprint they are leaving on the world—and they are FREE!
We meet on the second and last Friday of every month.

This month, ask yourself: Where am I being invited to turn a decision into a daily practice? The harvest you seek will come not from force, but from faithful engagement with the commitments you have already made.

Take three deep, conscious breaths whenever you feel overwhelmed. Remind yourself that you are safe, capable, and supported.
Honor Your Energy
Listen to your body's signals. Rest when you need rest, and move when you need movement. Trust yourself to know the difference.
Speak to Yourself with Love
Choose one kind thing to say to yourself today. Let self-encouragement be the background music of your life.
